Management nitpicking, store is severely understaffed

The understaffing here is a constant issue. They never hire enough people, which means you end up working the entire floor and handling the massive closing process all by yourself. This leads to severe physical and mental exhaustion every single day. What makes it worse is the gaslighting. When you can't finish an impossible amount of work on time, they tell you, 'Everyone else manages to do it, so why can't you?' This is a clear lie to hide the fact that the floor is understaffed. They try to make you feel like the problem is your lack of skill, when in reality, the system is simply broken. If you value your health and sanity, stay away from this place.
