Highly reactive ownership and executive team with little understanding of how to run a people-driven business. The culture lacks emotional intelligence, empathy, and stability, operating instead at the whims of an emotionally volatile leader who reacts impulsively rather than strategically. Decisions are made based on daily sales fluctuations rather than long-term trends or data insights, revealing a poor grasp of business operations and sustainable growth principles. I’ve worked with and for many companies throughout my career, and this stands out as one of the two worst-run organizations I’ve ever experienced. The absence of emotional intelligence, professionalism, and accountability makes it an unsustainable and demoralizing place to work.
