      Great "Small" Business with Excellent Potential

      Pros

      Great team atmosphere. Most management is former military and knows how to really create a "brotherhood" atmosphere. Almost everyone is down to earth and great to work with. The benefits are great (time off and paid holidays are excellent). Relaxed atmosphere where everyone works their butts off. Ownership is honest and communicates well throughout the entire company. The view from the main conference room is amazing! (Overlooks the bay)

      Cons

      From an entire company standpoint? Not a lot. Limited room for growth in the IT department.
