Very trusting family style environment of a small business. Gives you freedom to grow. Lots of opportunities for long term growth individually and with the company.
Cons
Still a newer technology. It's a long haul to fight and break in to a market.

Cons
Management is chaotic and changes are made at key positions more often than you change your underwear. It's smoke and mirrors management that is young and inexperienced at growing company revenue. Current employees beware: Armorock keeps your accrued PTO time when you separate. They will only payout up to 80 hrs IF you provide at least 2 weeks notice. Kinda negates having an accrual rate tied to tenure and saving your earned time for a rainy day. Watch what the managers do, not what they say. Armorock doesn't give 2 rips about their employees, in spite of their 'appreciation' days. Couldn't be happier since leaving.
