      Pros

      Working from home arrangement. Great Training team

      Cons

      KPIs targets are set based on your billable hours, where in reality the available projects are just simply insufficient for the workforce they have. So don't even bother asking for bonus in your interview. With this alone, career progression is almost non existing.

      Fast turn around on software updates due to small company structure. No layers of double handling.

      Cons

      Minimal internal training unless time was is billable. Profit margin at very high level with charge out rate compared with employee salary. Focus on money making. Bully tactics were seen from management towards international contractors.
