      Some supervisors work way harder than they should

      Everything about this company sucks!! They pick favorites and let their faves treat workers and talk down to them!! Miss piggy that’s the lead in heat press treats the workers like garbage

      No pros no pros at all

      Cons

      They don’t know how to allocate resources, never have enough work to get done but still ask people come in extra hours, ageism is rampant the older folks always get the say no matter their position, the warehouse heats up to 110 during the summer and they would hide the thermostats from workers so they wouldn’t ask to leave, and we still only got one 15 minute break every shift. Awful awful awful place.

      The department leads were great at teaching you the job and very willing to help you learn

      Applied for a warehouse job, got put to work on a heat press Standing in one spot for the whole shift Extremely dull repetitive assembly line type work Measuring logo spacing with your fingers, everyone has different sized hands, no rulers allowed
