Pros

The company morals and efforts are top notch. These are young people that have the same drive and views as most of the staff they hired. There is going to be room for growth and it's going to be one of the greatest hotel groups on the map.

Cons

I assisted in the opening of the property. The only cons are to be expected; organized chaos. The other con they got rid of because they obviously recognized what the rest of the staff recognized.

Pros

Before Arrive was absorbed by Palisociety and the awesome management was displaced, it was a fun, creative, and exciting place to work

Cons

Communication is a nightmare, policy and standards are all over the place, general manager at the Memphis location is absolute clown shoes. I fully experienced sexism, disgusting jokes made about women, and graphic sexual references made about guests staying at the hotel by the general manager. The entire F&B programming has descended into chaos and talent does not stay due to a hostile and chaotic environment.

Pros

Before Arrive was taken over by palisociety, it was great. We were blessed to have wonderful mentors in our managers, sensibility, motivation, compassion, leadership and most importantly...order. The only pro left now is having a job, i guess.

Cons

They pay minimum wage, absolutely do not budge on that. Mind you, front desk are also bartenders, servers, pool staff, cleaning staff and often also maintenance. No AC during summers, while being majority outside, your lucky if they let you take a lunch and actually leave you alone or let you actually eat - food is often undercooked or staff is served whats going bad and we get sick but if you want to pay 15 for a cold in the center cheeseburger, that option is there too. Management is like a revolving door, which i can understand. There seems to be a rule where if you look a certain way, youre qualified to be a manager here, no prior knowledge required. they fix everything with a bandaid from homeless people on property at night sleeping in cabanas or stealing things from patios, employee fights happen almost everyday, mold on property, broken ACs and people serving with proper documentation.
