Pros

money,truck,plenty of work in the summer

Cons

super overpriced equipment,homeowners could find a lot of better places to have there service done,its just turnover after turnover,dont fix,and if we do the prices are jacked up.new gm is clueless,turnover is all the time,i have seen so many good people leave

Not many, but I get paid every week so I suppose that’s a plus

Cons

Unprofessional, sexist, and toxic environment. The company genuinely does not care about you or your life.
