Great management team. Great pay. Good benefits.

Cons

Corporate outfit. Gets rid of good managers just as we get used to them. Definitely looks out for the corporation over its employees.

Pros

Good pay. Easy to get assistance when needed. Training is becoming more structured. Love the new call center desks break room etc. 24 hr building so lots of flexibility with schedules. Most people are down to earth.

Cons

Call center ops!!!!! Management is overwhelmed. Amanda is one of the kindest and fair call center managers I’ve ever met. As usual higher up management is so very out of touch. Processes changes at last minute or none were set to begin with. Upper management doesn’t actually care about the people that work for them we’re just a number. Super unprofessional environment. A very REACTIVE company.

Pros

Amazing culture, Family vibe. Joey and Cindy were the best managers ive ever had. Sucks i had to move home for family reasons.

Cons

Working Saturdays were not fun. Work life balance was not so good.

Pros

Plenty of hours available, good benefits, manager was great, room for growth.

Cons

Selling extra and overpriced items is only way to get ahead, rushed to finish calls quickly, couldn’t do quality work.

peer employees in my same postion always pleasant

I have both experience and witnessed--management's routine subjecting employees to emotional abuse, bullying, and unethical sales practices. This company thrives on bullying, circling the wagons, abuse and manipulation, There is ZERO INTEGRITY at the Regional General Manager, Sales Manager levels. NO morality, NO accountability, just fear, in-your-face bullying bordering on physical altercation, and intimidation. Employees are often threatened or manipulated to try to turn against each other. TURNOVER is NON-STOP. If management can finagle a way to screw you out of your commissions, trust me, it will be done. They simply put "no sale" when 75% of the appointments turn into sales, thus screwing us out of our meager $ "Comfort advisors", the guys who visit you at your home to try to talk you into buying a new system, plus add onds, \are pressured to lie and mislead clients--all to make sales. They are instructed to say whatever it takes to close a sale, regardless of accuracy or ethics. Customers get ripped off, and the ones who realize this call endlessly to resolve the solution. AND REMEMBER, THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS & EMPLOYEES EQUALLY to their bullying, immoral, and unethical acts.

Pros

Amazing Orientation and training. Managers, HR and techs are very helpful and mindful. Provides you with plenty of benefits and tools you need.

Cons

Nothing, the atmosphere is very family oriented and the work space is very clean, organized and safe.

Super laid back Percentages aren't bad

Cons

They lied about almost everything in the interview. Management has no idea how to operate residential business. They play favorites heavy with how they assign jobs. Manager constantly lying for no reason. Ive had multiple friends come here to work and leave stating they cant make money. We'll its 100% true they need alot of work before id consider working here. If your a top earner and use to making good money run away.
