1. MD is the puppet master. If he wants you stay if he doesn't you go.
2. Mentally disturbing policies. They snatch your personal life by taking away your personal phone, ask you to buy office phone with some tracking app which isn't even available on playstore/iOS store
3. They show they care for you during covid - My friend got infected with the virus and inspite of knowing that the person has symptoms, manager asked him to come inside (without us knowing that he infact was infected) risking everyone's life. Later he was diagnosed with major damage to his lungs- he is okay now though!
4. A colleague of mind got into an accident while on a rainy day to work. He had to had multiple surgeries to fix bones in his fingers. He was asked to open up the bandage and send pictures just to make sure he was telling the truth.
5. The WORST work life balance here. You are told that you have holiday on sat - sun, you'll be working both days.
6. You would have to abscond the workplace as literally everyone does here. This is because you're on a 6 months probation with 1 month notice and once confirmed this changes to a 3 months notice. They confirm you in the 4th month itself because they know you won't stay and no one will hire you with a 3 months notice.
