It’s clear that the people at the top set the tone, and that tone is one of trust and collaboration.
The office itself is beautiful — so much natural light and beautiful 360 views of the city. The location could not be more convenient with easy access to Penn Station commuting from Jersey, Long Island is super easy, making the 4 days in office very feasible.
I actually leave the office excited to come back the next day.
