No.1 toy company in Greece, so you get an enhanced work experience in the toy sector. The company pays on time and based on the agreement you have made with them.

Cons

Is missing experienced senior management staff and most solutions and procedures are build at hoc. Not many opportunities to advance.

- nepotism and discrimination - bullying from managers and CEO towards employees - no hierarchy and no clear company strategy - unpaid overtime hours - a company of "managers" that have no idea how to manage - a company that can fire a mom with a child, and a pregnant woman without any remorse. - a company without any values, culture and future.
