      A lot of work, simply because there's so much tech debt because this company and its engineering department are a revolving door. Growth opportunity is limited because management is clueless on what needs to be done.

      Company and its management are clueless. This is a publicly listed company, it is losing money every quarter and will be bankrupt by the end of 2023.
