I am sorry that we were not able to place you.
In order for us to post a position and start working on it; and investing our time and resources sourcing and interviewing candidates, we require to have a singed agreement with the client company. It wouldn't make sense for us to invest time, postings and resources on positions we not have an agreement for.
Hiring decisions come from our clients based on their actual need and the talent we present, unfortunately we cannot place every person that applies or that we interview (no company can), it would be ideal but it is unreal and unviable.
We do our best effort to keep every candidate up-dated, at least on a weekly basis, about their status regarding an application or process they are being or were considered for. Our recruiters provide immediate feedback to candidates that do not posses the skills, experience or competencies we are looking to fulfill our clients' requirements.
I appreciate your opinion and will bring down to ur management team to find alternatives and additional possible solutions to show even more transparency without jeopardizing our clients' confidentiality (in most cases required by contract).
