Pros

Training materials are organized and readily available to learn and grow

Cons

I worked remotely, and the base was only $100, which they often even fail to pay on time, and when you request it, they just ignore you for days. You have to beg for your own money. I was a very good agent, and they lost me as they failed to pay on time.

Pros

Great opportunity to work with international clients and enhance customer experience skills. Flexible remote environment, performance incentives, and supportive team leaders who provide regular guidance and training.

Cons

Workload can be high during peak travel seasons. Communication between departments could be improved for smoother coordination.
