Pros

Employer offers good starting pay to unqualified individuals with promise of growth and training in a growing field of enterprise management software with a reputable product SAP. The employees all got along great. The team is fun and smart, with innovative and creative ideas. Company has potential to be very successful.

Cons

The employees all got along great. The team is a winning team with smart innovative and creative ideas but were often, if not always, stifled by the leadership. We often trauma bonded over our disdain for the head of the organization and his irrational/erratic management styles. It was his way or the highway. Our position was constantly being threatened. We were given WFH, then it was taken away (on Christmas break, twice) . Our training manual was a spreadsheet of youtube videos. There are no SOP's because we do what we are told and it changes as the client finds out various mishaps we inevitable create because our lack of training and SOP's. Everyone including the main managers ended up hating the boss. We all felt extremely drained and overwhelmed. Most stay due to the commitment we invested in the business and the promise things will get better. Smart ones/those with legit training and experience, leave right away. The turn over rate is a clear example of the mismanagement of the organization. I feel scammed into coming to work for this company and when the reality set in, it was almost to late to because I had so much invested, it then became hard to leave. New hires are often in a desperate way, as I was, new to the industry, as I was, or in need of H1B and the owner uses that to his full advantage. Lastly it is very clear to all who work here that they are disposable. Working here was demoralizing and almost traumatic. Management made multiple employees come to work with covid, putting others at risk. He threatened them! Another toxic experience, the owners wife also came into the office one day and locked all the employees in the office to question them about some of the owners personal activities and the owner knew she was coming and left his employees to the fend for themselves. Lets not even get into the shady billing practices questioned by customers that need to immediately be brought to management and not discussed with customers. The business model of this organization is to bleed its customers and recycle its employees for lowest wage possible, rinse and repeat. Disposable team atmosphere. I doubt this business will never scale to its potential.

Pros

Some work from home days, work isn't too hectic (can be at times as expected).

Cons

Barely any structure, walking on egg shells, there's favoritism, and a lot of cutting corners. Also no consistency. Benefits aren't very good, but it's also a small office.
