Some great people but the owner/supervisors are very unprofessional
Pros
-Some great people, workers and managers -Nice work hours -Good life balance -Decent but not great pay for positions. -People in the office are generally nice -I learned a lot, had a great boss (who left the company thanks to the way they are), and I got to go to different places everyday for inspections.
Cons
-The owner yells at people in front of other people, even calls other people in to "make an example" of the employee he wants to scream at. -Paranoid and negative supervisors who treat you like dirt and keep an eye on you. They have no business being in the position they are in. -Favorites played, if not a favorite then look out! -A lot of positions are dead end unless you are in the office or related to management. -A lot of good people left because of the work environment, especially the treatment. -Very hot in the summer inside the warehouses. -Some of the employees tattle-tale to the supervisors and will be automatically believed, then you are placed under constant watch. -No employee is trusted, they even went from sending inspectors out alone to doubling up.
