No pros. Only the cons.

Cons

Management level don't know how handle thr employees. Without prior notice they will remove your earned leaves. Salary range is very low. Hike/compensation for executive level employees (less than 1000). Ground level staff will not get proper incentive. Sometimes they will give sometimes not.
