      Pros

      Good benefits. Some employees stay for decades because they are comfortable.

      Cons

      Men get paid more than women for doing the same/similar job. Departments work in silos and some departments hardly ever have promotions.

      Pros

      Some of the reviewers here are not employed by ASHRAE. They are volunteers. We have really nice volunteers, although they seem to be confused that this is a website for employees to leave reviews. Not members or volunteers. Bless their hearts.

      Cons

      Slowly trying to enforce staff back into an oversized office building, and not paying a salary that allows for living within 10 miles of the office.
