This is a great company with great products There are some wonderful people Great office - but far far away Good facilities in office

Cons

The Australian office culture is just an odd - very backwards and clearly behind many workplces in Australia. Feels like its the 90s! Senior leaders - the Senior Exec team - have zero interest in developing their workers flat hierarchy so not much room to move There are some wonderfully rotten apples in senior positions very passive aggressive environment - childish at times - mainly from sales and marketing teams silo working very little cross collaboration working

Brand is strong at the moment. Market is a little soft and getting softer which will make for challenging times ahead.

Cons

Senior Management. Sit in ivory towers. The not so magic 3 really run the business. Poor sales leadership with false engagement. However, a phenomenal story teller to the CEO who's a sucker for a good yarn. An environment that's about as dynamic as a wet paper bag. Can be bit of a boys club, special watsapp group for the chosen few that sums up behaviours and attitudes.

Not a care in the world for development of staff Poor leadership and behaviours for a select group of the leadership group lack of transparency lack of career development slow and bureaucratic regional sydney office is sales office and acts like it
