Fair pay and strong leadership from middle management. Plenty of interesting and unique projects to keep you busy
Cons
Upper management at times shelves ethics for profits. Burnout can be very real juggling multiple long term projects at once. The office I worked in was seriously understaffed.
Corporate management is great, director level depends on location. Pay is good for starting career but not competitive once you've grown your skill set. Has a true "family feel".
Cons
Benefits are good but could improve with better medical coverage by the company. Would be nice to have perks as well like home office/cell stipend, gym membership, etc.
