Initial illusion of working somewhere 'special'.
Cons
No respect for staff. The people in charge have no idea of problems happening at lower levels. Fake promise of promotion. Management don't listen to or respect the views and experience of staff. Lack of required resources. Management seem to be deliberately bitchy and difficult. People are promoted based on their personal relationships with their boss or how much they brown-nose.
