Pros

There are no pros available.

Cons

- very hostile and unprofessional environment (sexist attitudes and derogatory comments towards employees from upper management, and amongst co-workers), there is no HR department - pay needs to be improved - people need to have personal space (cubes with some walls), or some sort of partitions so that everyone can see what others are doing at all times - not very good benefits - very little training - attitudes of employees are not great, low morale - employees are not encouraged to share opinions, ideas, or what they would like to see improved - Teamwork is almost non-existent - Poor culture and values - Management doesn't have a problem with blasted music through a radio is on a desk all the time, in the middle of 1 very open workspace, for all to hear. Nobody asks whether or not this is a distraction or if it bothers anybody.

Pros

Very small company, less than 15 people in the U.S. Nice people who are very dedicated.

Cons

Benefit offering is slim and healthcare is very expensive offered to employees, mostly due to slim sales in the U.S.
