      great work/life balance and great benefits

      Cons

      -being overworked with unrealistic deadlines -managers need to focus more on the positives and not all the negatives -holding back employees from promotions and furthering their careers. -Not giving them the tools and resources to succeed. -Playing favorites and giving preferred projects to those people. -A lot of Nepotism -Low morale, no motivation -promotions given to who you know, not what you know -minimal raises

      Difficult Place to Fit in

      Pros

      Benefits are solid, especially the Pension plan which quickly becomes "golden handcuffs".

      Cons

      The other reviews citing nepotism is 100% accurate. There are some departments where you're dealing with cousins, aunts, uncles, husband and wife, etc. If you're an outsider, you'll never feel like you're totally part of the team. The Directors in place are there because they've been with the company for a long time. That's the main requirement. They have zero clue how to actually manage people. You'll be quickly siloed and left on an island to fend for yourself.
