      Pros

      High tech, high intelligence of employees and management. Management approachable and easy to work with. Ahead of the game in many, areas-too many to name. Casual work environment, family oriented but professional. Employees seem to "sync" well. CEO (Thomas Chance) truly cares about his employees. Employees care about their product and the company.

      Pros

      Centered around advanced and extremely interesting technology. Great culture and very family-like environment. Rapidly growing business leading a growing unmanned systems market. Great management team that maintains great vision and values put in place by founder Thomas Chance. Large commercial market presence bolstered by growing number of defense contracts. Extremely experienced and highly knowledgeable staff. Flexible work environment that allows employees to cross-train in multiple functional areas that interest them. Learning and creativity is highly encouraged. Recent L3Harris merger has given ASV team easy access to a number of other technologies, products, and sensors that they can leverage in their USVs.

      Cons

      Still getting acclimated into L3Harris and working through growing pains that come with it.
