      Poor and short-sighted strategic planning, retention plans, career pathway incentives, leadership and communication. Superficial professionalism; "expertise" hides behind smoke and mirrors concierge-type services; company cares only about selling as many services as possible, business and the bottom line, with no care to employees.

      The internal Operations team is incredible - always willing to lend a hand. Lots of opportunities to support special projects and clients, growth and potential.

      More time for professional development would be great.

      The company (although not always) sends employees on a business trip with all paid expenses to be used for personal growth. Good motivation working for the company Good peer support groups

      Cons

      Many a times or mostly a remote job. No connection with the company people especially if you’re outside US.
