      Illegal and dangerous practices

      Drivers being paid 10 pounds per hour drivers are also getting wages withheld from them , the vans this company are running may be motd but they are dangerous to be on the road they know the problems of the vans but do nothing about it so much so I've had to contact v.o.s.a and supply all evidence including a mechanics opinion and a well known motoring organisation report they are also breaking all sorts of health n safety rules with regards to weights etc

      Pros

      Great for someone starting out in recruitment the onboarding and training provided at the start is good if you have little to no experience in recruitment. The Management are supportive

      Cons

      Low Salaries, Trainees are on a little bit less than Consultants with a much smaller Target Contract recruiters have it much better than permanent with regards to the commission structure No Benefits what so ever and the lowest pension. They also Dangle Car allowance over consultants heads but don’t like giving it out
