There is no training or guidance at all on the job, and you have to take care of everything on your own after joining. There hasn't been any handover of tasks. It is a dysfunctional company where everyone does their own thing. It's impossible to know the company's internal processes and systems without leadership or guidance. I asked my colleagues, but no one knows. That's amazing! The company's messed up processes and systems are like looking for a needle in a haystack. When nobody has informed me, colleagues keep asking me work-related questions as if I've been working for ten years already. I was already overwhelmed with tasks and had zero support. Why is a staff being treated like this? The department's atmosphere is quite weird. There's a lot of talking behind people's backs! So much gossip! After challenging months of work, it's becoming clear that this company is extremely unreasonable.
