      Pros

      It's a company that has been around for just shy of 10 years, but it is gaining a lot of momentum that will create growth opportunities within the company. The staff is very friendly, outgoing and easy to connect with. It is a standard office environment but there are various elements to keep you engaged, have fun and make a positive impact for the company. The hiring process was very simple and smooth. It wasn't a typical group interview as it was 1 on 1 and very personal, in 2 different stages before an offer letter was presented.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a bad thing, but it does get very busy when the weather is bad as well as during storm seasons.
