Great company to work

Pros

Hands-on experience: You get deep exposure to real-world manufacturing challenges — casting, machining, and assembly — and learn to handle quality issues from root cause analysis to PPAP and FMEA. • Supportive team: Most of the leadership and technical staff are approachable, willing to teach, and open to continuous improvement ideas. • Opportunities for growth: If you take initiative, you can expand into process improvement, automation, and data-driven quality projects. • Small-company flexibility: You have the freedom to create tools, dashboards, and systems that directly impact production and efficiency. • Good work-life balance overall, especially compared to larger foundries or tier-1 suppliers.

Cons

Pace and workload: Like most foundries, it can be high-pressure, especially during customer issues or ramp-ups. • Limited resources: Some systems and processes can feel outdated; improvements depend heavily on personal initiative rather than company-wide programs.

Pros

The owners were so pleasant to work with. My team became like family which was fostered by the management. Great place to work.

Cons

I really do not have any cons. It was just time for me to move on.
