The staff across the organization are sincere and work hard, the company has legacy business that keeps the business in front of the market

Cons

Highly politicized, transparency is not a priority, talent is driven out very quickly, lots of yes men. The list of cons are too many to mention here

Great people, interesting technology, flexible work environment

Cons

Terrible overseas management who are attempting to run the company from a distance again after a disastrous prior attempt, actively works to get in its own way and blame everyone but upper management for bad business decisions, no promotions, no room for growth, will force every employee to wear a dozen hats with no training, honestly will be surprised if the company makes it to 2024

- competitive pay for an experienced employees - good work-life balance for some teams - well established training classes - a team dedicated for handling cross functional matters, such as assisting to establish/review SOPs - colleagues are generally kind

Cons

- Leaders need to be re-evaluated on their ability to provide professional insights to the team. - Lack of clear R&R for each level - Long turnarounds due to lack of human resource to resolve daily tasks (e.g., IT & project teams). You would spend lots of your time finding/waiting for a request to be processed.
