- Micromanagement - Disgraceful salaries for some positions especially when you live in Paris - You'll be given assignments that has nothing to do withyour skills - You'll be blamed for things, but behind your back - Old-fashioned management - Only one day of remote working - They will blame you for being 5 to 10 minutes late due to transportation - No budget for anything - Free fruit for employees is considered an advantage - No bonuses, no profit-sharing, unpaid overtime, no RTT, no promotion
