      I’m very happy here. Like any company, there are some challenges, but I’m encouraged by the new leadership in place. They’re not afraid to make changes and are clearly committed to strengthening and improving the company culture, which is great to see.

      Pros

      Decent Bonus structure, A team that actually feels like one. This office in particular works to help everyone thrive. Management communicates well without micro-management. Operations, Production, and construction work well together (little-to-no butting heads)

      Cons

      Potential to get locked into only doing program work without the opportunity to move to more complex non-program jobs. Base pay is on the lower side of average and proves hard to get a raise.
