      Pros

      Company pays for CEUs, provides a work phone and apparel.

      Cons

      This is where Athletic Training careers come to die. You'll basically turn into a RICE specialist who is constantly placed between making the industrial site management happy and doing what is right for the patient. Then you'll be stuck in their non - compete with just about no options for 6 months after working for them.

      Pros

      Great team-like environment. You may be alone at a sight, but you definitely feel the support of your team all the time.

      Cons

      Low pay. For what they charge the companies in contracts, they should be paying their employees better.

      Pros

      - Set hours as an ATC, very flexible at some contracts - Large amount of autonomy - Decent benefits and PTO - CEU reimbursement - Very willing to develop ATCs in the industrial setting or for leadership roles

      Cons

      - Many traditional ATC skills are not utilized often or at all in this setting - Experience with the company depends largely on what client site you're placed at - Very "numbers" focused and low job security due to being a contractor - Very low annual raise, less than a cost of living adjustment - Can get lonely if you are the only AWS employee at your client site
