Pros

ATL has pros and cons like any company. Overall, I feel like I have real value here. After working for large companies and for some small ones as well, I have a good taste for what real value is and ATL has it. ATL is growing and you must be willing to adapt to that. If you want something that you come to work and do the exact same thing all day every day this is not the place. If you want to be engaged in solving problems and growing a business as a key contributor look no further. The people here are great to work with and the environment is fun and engaging. They realize as much as you that you must work win, but they still like to have fun. I have seen several nerf gun fights break out and admittedly participated in a few. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to feel valued and is willing to do what it takes to be part of a growing business.

Cons

Occasionally, I would say about twice a month I am asked to stay late or work weird hours. Overall they are flexible with me so I can meet my work and family needs.

Pros

Generally I get the feeling that top leadership tries to direct a positive work environment, but there seems to be a degree of disconnect somewhere down the line.

Cons

This job really could have been a lot more satisfying if the head supervisor was more approachable. I suppose some people may perform better in a dour work environment where fear is the primary motivator, but for self-driven individuals who take pride in their work, to whom feeling valued, respected and appreciated are essential to job satisfaction, this can be an incredibly demoralizing place to work.

Pros

Executive team was approachable. Subsidized snacks and lunch items. Office space and computers kept up to date.

Cons

False sense of job security. Employees with concerns really have no one to go to for support or guidance. Employees are not treated equal concerning company policies. Job descriptions are not always accurate.
