Pros
This job is one of the worse places I have ever worked ! It’s actually appalling. The only pros are commission if your lucky and incentives if your quality has a critical fail you will lose both.
Cons
Everything about this place was a con from start to finish. When I initially applied they told me it was a customer service role and my job role will involve renewing customers policies which were coming to an end (broadband contracts) this was all lies the actual job was telesales !!!! Which involved cold calling customer and selling additional products like tv box , Netflix and uk calls etc. You get customers hanging up on you and just angry. If a customer hangs up the dialler will keep calling back until the Customer answers by then the customer is very frustrated. The amount of people that have left will shock you. They also take away any extras you earned for example commission if your quality is poor or your late.
