Cons
1) Worst managers and leads in Kitchen appliances and AIPL Electronics. 2) Zero leadership qualities and all are wannabes! 3) Groupism, The members have shifted to the locality, has liabilities and now wants to survive and leech onto the company resources. So these members try to support each other. They prioritize their in-group over the overall company goals and culture. 4) This has led to favoritism, exclusionary behavior, and a decline in overall workplace morale and productivity especially in electronics(except Fans department). 5) Leads and managers havoc hell and blames members outside this group whenever there's an issue. 6) Stress not due to work, but due to the politics, favoritism and blame-games. 7) No work-life balance when projects start because it is being led by these least experienced managers and leads. 8) Pay parity. Dont be surprised if a fresher is paid equal or more than you even though you are more skilled or experienced! 9) DO NOT fall for their unlimited leaves! 10) Zero diverse or inclusive mentality, regional people are favored!
