Pros
Well, they give you a pay check. Sometimes, when they feel like it. Although I have seen Clint try and barter with employees to trade items for their paycheck (he once told an employee he couldn’t pay him what was owed, but he would give him a used bicycle instead). I couldn’t make that up if I tried, and at the time I couldn’t help but laugh.
