HR/ AREA MANAGER/ will not take any action against discrimination, Racism. Will brush under the carpet, and they will choose to extend probation just word of mouth and no proper procedure follow and no equal opportunity. Until today I never got my probation extended letter, and some how my probation meeting was move to convince to the business after technician threatening me to almost to scare of my life and no action was taken, no investigation no support to human side, not a safe environment to work. Disappointed they way things handled especially they are part of Michelin group.
