Unfortunately the team in Gilbert deserves so much more. The owners are extremely narcissistic, probably the worst I’ve seen in an organization and unfortunately the company will fall due to the lack of self awareness of the owners. This is impacting the way we are doing business from the vendors, customers and the contract office and more importantly the inability to keep good employees. Zero transparency especially in the performance of the company. That is kept extremely close to the owners. The promises of “I’ll take care of you” turns into threats of either comments of being fired or no bonus. If the bonus does come it’ll be at 50%. Only advice I have for anyone that is considering, please reach out to Ex-employees for clear guidance. Don’t leave a good company for this place.

Awful leadership, owners are vile and treat people like they’re nothing. They promise bonuses, but no one ever gets anything. The head owner is a misogynist and treats everyone like they’re dirt. Their benefits are dog crap, you can’t even start contributing to a 401k for like 6 months. Now let’s talk about the turnover rate. Horrible. I’ve never seen such a high attrition rate. Literally there was a President who quit the first day on the job. All the managers who care about their people just leave, so the ones that remain go through managers all the time. We’ve had some really good managers and the owners always do something to run them off. If you are looking for a stable place this ain’t it.
