Pros

As someone who has experienced the hectic realities of working within the digital marketing space, ATTN Agency provides all of the resources and support to ensure things are done without constantly being on edge throughout the process. Management ensures nothing is missed and is more than willing to jump into action to assist whenever needed. The leadership is very talented in each of their strengths to the point where working with them is a constant learning experience. As far as benefits, you get access to very high-quality coverage that will ensure that you have a great quality of life. Currently, I have Blue Shield for Medical and Beam for Dental/Vision. Along with the insurance coverage, you can also rack up a high amount of PTO, which I haven't had to use since we get ample time off during the holidays. If you are looking to work for a company with zero "office drama" and people who support the projects you are working on, I highly recommend you apply. The owners are constantly signing on new clients, so job security is very high even though this is a younger company.

Cons

With new clients being signed on, I think we just need more additions to the team.

Pros

The company was originally built on a solid partnership with high-caliber talent. Under the initial four-partner structure, it was an excellent place to grow, offering a stable environment and clear direction.

Cons

- Despite claims of being industry experts, management lacks basic advertising competence. Strategy is outsourced to AI, leading to repetitive, ineffective campaigns. - Communication is non-existent, and direction changes on a whim. Leadership refuses to listen to the experts they hire, making collaboration impossible. - Significant issues with misogyny and a total lack of cultural diversity. The office is divided by politics and "silo" mentalities. - Benefits, growth opportunities, and structural changes are often promised but never delivered.
