HR dept ego's like a heavy cloud over the team. if you ask for a raise you won't like the answer. high turnover. management has no idea if your doing good things, and at review time will not acknowledge them. scant paid time off you earn 5 hours a month and start at zero. and mostly the tribal knowledge thats been shown the door last couple years has resulted in quality control rejecting parts...

Right now i can't. They used to be a wonderful company to work for but the new management staff has ruined it.
Cons
They don't value their employees anymore.. The turn around of new employees proves that everyday. People who have committed 10+ years of their lives are treated like they don't matter, and unfortunately they don't to this company anymore.
