      Worst Employer I Ever Had

      Pros

      The corporate office in Addison is very luxurious. The top executives built a palace for themselves.

      Cons

      Management is terrible. My manager retaliated against his employees on several occasions. Employees are expected to perform professional-quality work with zero instruction, resources, or support from the company. Most of the employees are highly conservative and if you don't agree with their politics you will be alienated.

      Lack of communication regarding company vision, BUs work in silos, employees are not valued or prioritized - it’s all about the payoff for Bain

      None unless you just have to get a job

      Cons

      Company has values and never follows or lives them. Top leaders have zero clue what they are doing. Only people that do they get rid of to either save a dollar. If you are talented retail leader you have been warned. Literally the worst leaders with no souls lead the train wreck.
