Pros

Staff and coworkers are some of the best I've been with. Helpful, friendly, dedicated, with a wonderful bond throughout the group. The GM takes care of us like we're family. Overall, I enjoy working at my establishment.

Cons

As is common, things only get frustrating when people from the corporate level interfere or act like we are disposable. The big bosses have a reputation for being arrogant and sexist.
