Pros
People are friendly and the company structure is pretty flat. You can easily approach anyone for a conversation or help. Remote work priority. Products have some unique selling points that others do not have. If you come with no expectations, and be less emotional, it should be fine.
Cons
People sometimes takes hours or days to respond to you. Decision making is tough and slow. Company works on a GMT+2 so you may have to work earlier/later. Micromanagement from bosses and their bosses for most of the time. Management does not understand the APAC market. Product has lots of bugs that take time, lots of time, to be resolved. Bonus pay-outs are still based off sales revenue. OKIs are useless. With exit of many sales people, prepare to have close to 0 commissions.
