I don’t think any negative reason

Inexperienced leadership: Decisions often made impulsively or based on ego, not experience or pedagogy. Favoritism: Clear bias in scheduling and opportunities, damaging team morale. Unstable direction: Financial strain and lack of innovation suggest the organization is in decline. Weak academic vision: Little investment in modern methods or meaningful teacher development. Poor internal communication, leading to confusion and misalignment.
