      Pros

      Worked there 8 years. Best company I ever worked for the first 5 years. Department camping trips, summer picnics, Xmas parties, bonuses, potlucks, monthly bday lunch with CEO.

      Cons

      Then, in 2017 company was sold to private equity group. Pressure to hit numbers, camping trips went away, so did picnics and morale spiraled downward. Most of the senior employees were either let go or quit. The only remaining that stayed did so because they needed a job for bills.
