Pros

- Amazing skillset growth thanks to working on a lot of different projects (big plus of working in a startup) - Inspiring and smart managers (I esp. got lucky to get to work on a daily basis with one of the founders, Sophie) - Fast-paced environment boosting personal growth, and very stimulating - Beautiful and luxurious jewelry, each of them being designed by co-founder Sophie - Great coworkers and team spirit: we used to hang a lot with all the team after work

Pros

Aurate was a really great place for me to work and develop my professional skillset. I came into the company pretty green in the startup world and the founders & team members really took time to help me integrate. The culture was intense and dynamic, as with all startups, but the support from the employees and founders made it worthwhile! Working at a startup is a rollercoaster of an experience but it really armed me with a strong problem solving skillset that I still use to this day.

Cons

No real con here, but as mentioned above, it got a little crazy at times but in an exciting way - watching the company grow was super satisfying.
