I learned a great deal and was given vast amounts of responsibility. Provided with autonomy and trust.
Cons
Salary was low and commissions did not exist. However, I have been notified this is no longer the case.

Relaxed atmosphere, flexible timing, a good place to learn in/outs of telecommunication industry, management is pretty aproachable
Cons
a bit legacy framework based, but moving towards latest technologies
