Cons can be summed up by sharing a quick “hypothetical” scenario:
A group of mis-matched individuals work under a Leader who can be described as a Narcissistic, Misogynistic, Racist, Middle-Aged, White Male (who sees himself as the complete opposite… as all men that possess those characteristics usually do). The mis-matched group is made up of an additional subset of white males with similar qualities as the “hypothetical” leader described above, a few wall flowers who are simply bodies filling positions that should have never been hired, some convicted felons that somehow slipped through the cracks… but may actually be more qualified than the wall flowers…. a few (1) “voodoo dolls” that cannot think for themselves but are put on a pedestal for serving as the punching bag for the leader, and then a very small group of workhorses that pick up the slack for the whole group, and go above and beyond just to keep the business a float…
The time comes…. RAISES….
